Ö - The Pyrbäggling

A creature from Ö, my IP!

It can be no other than a mistake of nature, the Pyrbäggling. It is a horrid creature, stooped and crooked it walks forth in twitchy motions on uneasy legs, as if not accustomed to using them, as if not their own. Scholar-artists tasked with drawing them have managed with the rudimentary, catching the gist of their form, seen as a mix of a crab and fire elemental, but this will never do justice to the dread one feels when seeing it in motion. It moves as though tearing through the fabric of reality, moving back and forth between our world and the other planes, blurring everything around it into a mess of impressions both mundane and primordially frightful. May mercy find those that become it's prey.
